Fire Suppression Limited is a distributor of the BlazeCut system.  We offer the full range of the BlazeCut product rage, including the T-Series, C-Series, along with all the accessories. specialising in tube-based, automatic, and clean agent fire suppression solutions.

The Blazecut product range is designed for high-risk environments, which provide reliable fire protection for vehicles, electrical enclosures, industrial equipment, and more. 

T Series

• The BlazeCut T-Series is a fully automatic, self-contained fire suppression system designed for small, enclosed compartments

• The BlazeCut T Series tube-based design integrates both fire detection and fire suppression agent storage in a single unit, ensuring rapid suppression without manual intervention

• Unlike traditional fire extinguishers, the T-Series activates rapidly after a fire occurs, making it ideal for vehicles, boats, and electrical enclosures. Its small modular design makes it perfect for congested spaces

• Even if a fire starts unnoticed, the system will automatically deploy, providing reliable, life-saving protection. Remote signalling options are available for connection to other systems and shutdowns

C Series

The BlazeCut C-Series is a cylinder-based fire suppression system designed for customisable fire protection across various applications. It offers:

• Flexible Design – Available in 1kg to 16kg cylinders, with the option to connect multiple units for increased capacity

• Versatile Fire Suppression – Compatible with high quality powder, foam, or gas suppression agents to suit different fire risks

• Automatic & Manual Activation – can come complete with remote actuators and monitoring alarm systems

• Compact & Easy Installation – Small cylinders allow for space-efficient placement with various temperature actuation options (57°C to 240°C)

• Fast Acting and Cost Effective – Provides rapid fire suppression with a low-cost, reliable solution for enclosed environments

C Series DLP, ILP BlazeTube, ILP BlazeWire

The C Series is configured in three variations:-

• DLP - Direct Low Pressure System
• ILP - Indirect Low Pressure System
• ILP - With BlazeWire

DLP Fire Suppression

The DLP - Direct Low Pressure System 

When a fire occurs the detection BlazeTube will rupture, creating an aperture which will release the suppression agent from the C-Series suppression cylinder.  This is fully automatic with no need for an external power source. The C-Series can protect a large area as the BlazeTube can satisfy more complex placement options

ILP - Indirect Low Pressure System

The Indirect Low Pressure System comes with two detection variants, BlazeTube and BlazeWire.  In the case of the former, when a fire occurs the BlazeTube ruptures releasing the holding pressure within BlazeTube which opens the cylinder valve, releasing the fire suppression extinguishing agent through a separate discharge pipe network

ILP - With BlazeWire

Using a combination of the Indirect Low Pressure configuration and the BlazeWire which offers an electronic method of actuation, provides a typical configuration of an automatic fire suppression system. The BlazeWire is a linear heat detection wire, connected to a detection module. When heat is detected the system is activated using an electronic solenoid valve which will release the extinguishing fire suppression agent through the discharge pipe network

T Series

With each system offered there comes a range of different customisable options to fit your specific needs

The T Series offers two types of clean agent options, HFC- 227ea (Also branded as FM200) and FK-5-1-12 (also branded as Novec1230) both industry recognised fire suppression agents

The length of system can ranging from 25cm to 6m long (max of 4m for FK-5-1-12 model)

The T Series fire suppression system is compatible with an integrated pressure switch that sends a signal if the pressure drops within the BlazeCut Tube or if the system discharges

There are also BlazeCut Fire Suppression Alarm panel options for monitoring the system status and onward connections and annunciations.
