VESDA® VEU – Maximum coverage with minimum false alarms
The VESDA® VEU is a powerful, next-generation air sampling smoke detector designed to protect large areas with outstanding sensitivity and reliability.
Covering up to 4,000m² with a four-pipe system, it delivers early and accurate smoke detection using advanced Flair Detection technology – detecting smoke without causing nuisance false alarms.

This detector features
- Four levels – Fire 1, Fire 2, Action and Alert
- 7 programmable relays (latching or non-latching) rated 2 A @ 30 VDC
- 20,000 Event log capturing for system diagnostics,
- Events, Smoke level, user actions, alarms and faults with time and date stamp
- VESDA Referencing to monitor external air quality
- Compatible with VLP (VESDA LASERPLUS) and VESDAnet
- Programmable GPI’s
- Programmable via USB programmable with VESDA VSC
- ASPIRE compatible for flow design
- This detector uses sub assemble architecture
