Sensepoint XCL Large Bore – Detecting flammable and hazardous gases through the ASD pipe network
The Sensepoint XCL Large Bore gas detector is a fixed, compact gas detection solution which is designed to fit on the existing VESDA® pipe network.
It provides early warning and dependable detection of hazardous and flammable gases, protecting occupants and assets from threats of fire. Typically used with the VESDA® VEP range, the Sensepoint XCL Large Bore can detect gases including carbon monoxide, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and more.
With Bluetooth-enabled setup, the Sensepoint XCL Large Bore is simple to install and can be maintained easily from a smartphone using the Sensepoint app. Plus, its remote sampling and diagnostic information removes the need to enter the protected area.
Additionally, it is capable of remote sampling, meaning it can be placed outside of a detection zone – such as in an easily accessible area for maintenance and servicing – with air in the protected zone drawn to the detector, ensuring reliable long-term performance in a range of environments.
