BlazeCut T Series

The BlazeCut T Series is a fully automatic, self-contained fire suppression system designed for small, enclosed compartments. The tube- based design of the T Series integrates both fire detection and fire suppression within a single basic unit, ensuring rapid suppression without manual actuation and no additional storage for the suppressant is required.

The T Series product is intentionally simple in its design making it a cost-effective fire suppression solution with little to no maintenance required. It consists of a heat sensitive, hardened outer tube highly resistant to physical damage and abrasion ensuring minimal false actuations.

Contained within is the fire suppressant (either HFC-227ea or FK-5-1-12 agents) and each end is closed by stainless steel fittings alongside a pressure gauge which comes as standard. The BlazeCut T Series can also be fitted with an IP65 or IP54 pressure switch to connect to external systems which would send an electrical signal upon discharge to disable other systems.

Upon the outbreak of a fire, and once the protected enclosure reaches actuation temperature (up to 142°C ± 3°C) the T Series heat sensitive BlazeCut Tube melts at the point where the temperature is highest releasing the fire suppressant stored within onto the source of the fire. This process is completely automatic providing peace of mind that once the T Series is installed your assets are secure.

The fire suppressing agents used in the BlazeCut T Series, either HFC 227ea or FK-5-1-12, are both globally recognised clean gas suppressant agents. They work by siphoning heat from the fire, thereby interrupting the combustion reaction. The agents leave no residue with no clean up required. Furthermore both agents have zero ozone depleting potential making it the agent of choice for protecting enclosures.
